FOR COURSE COMPLETION CREDIT: This Level Two Course MODULE (there are 5 modules that make up the 300 hour Level Two Certification), when completed, goes toward the 500 hour level two certification. To receive your letter of completion the following is required:

*Attendance at all sessions - Level two courses consist of discussions, yoga and meditation practice, and extensive work in small groups so recordings cannot replace the experience.

*90 day meditation Practice. Each student completes a 90 day meditation practice after the contact hours are completed. You meet monthly for three months with a small group for support and community. The three meetings with your small group and the 90 day meditaiton practice are required for completion. Completion of an exam - done in your small groups or independently is required for completion.
